When ever I see the blonde pony tail, “well bob now” I know I’m in great hands. She takes her time and so gentle and caring. I will always go back because of her specifically for her amazing costumer service. She’s takes such good care of me every time, making sure I’m prepared and comfortable and giving me examples of what to expect from the session of the passer strength will be increasing.I have darker skin and in my research I was worried about how the laser would take to my skin. NO PROBLEM. Romeo and Juliette have lasers for every skin type especially women of color. I will most definitely be a returning costomer for every season of my life. The price is worth it! They are the epitome of quality and professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone! They greet me everytime I return and I feel like I’m back with family again. The best! The best! The best!

This place is amazing. The results are amazing. The most important part for me since I deal with customer service is that on top of treatments being very effective compared to other salons. The customer service has been exceptional 5 star. They work with you on whatever your needs might be. The results are life changing, and I mean it. It’s expensive but I’ve never even reconsidered any other place.

I don’t recall when i came for my underarm laser hair removal, but is definitely close to 10 yrs, i did many research back in my college year and finally made up my mind and had it done at Romeo and After 10 years, the result are still great, i do have few hair grow back but not a major issue for me. Today my friend ask me about laser hair removal and you guys pop up in my mind, i went on google map and share the link for her. Hope everything is well and keep up the good business in this pandemic.

I've been to other places like plastic surgeons who left me with tons of hair patches that made me very insecure. I heard about RNJ from a friend that told me this is where all the celebrities go. There is a reason why they go here. It's their specialty, all state of the art equipment. The owner and the techs know this business more than anyone. Within 2 visits I reached my goals and was more than satisfied. I was thrilled and grateful to be rid of the patches I was left with. Thank you RNJ!!

R&J is absolutely FIRST class. The owner and his staff are true professionals. They are very personable and very friendly. It’s a business but you would never know it. You are always greeted like you are family . Cleanliness gets a super A plus. I would recommend R&J to anyone. They pride themselves on being on time but always keep you informed of your scheduling. The technicians are GREAT at their job. Truly first class people .

Romeo and Juliette Laser has changed my life. I have been working on various parts of my body and the results are outstanding. I have zero hair on my legs and underarms and have only needed few touch ups over the years in between. The freedom of not having to shave and be able to wear whatever I want without thinking about it twice is worth everything, so liberating. The staff is extraordinarily kind, accessible, professional and so careful to make sure they are using the correct laser for the correct body part and the correct technician. This is a supremely professional place where the clients results and satisfaction comes before anywhere else. They also use lasers that are not available on other places providing better, more high quality results. I would recommend Romeo and Juliette a billion times. Do not waste your time looking for other places. They have it all and are wonderful to work with. Owner Chris is a lovely, lovely man and a pleasure to work with as well as Yulia, the manager. She is so gracious, warm and welcoming.
