I came to Romeo & Juliette Laser Hair Removal having to shave my underarms daily, which was incredibly painful. After just one treatment I was amazed at the results - I went from shaving daily to maybe once a week and with no more ingrown hair! That's after just one session. Now that I've had a few treatments I barely even have to think about my underarms at all. I recently started on my bikini area as well and already notice a difference. I recommend Romeo & Juliette to everyone. Christian and Ulya are the best, they are so kind and caring, and they are experts at laser hair removal. I trust them completely!

What a relief! I am a Critical Care Nurse, and I always do compare and conduct excellent research to find what is best for my patients but this time, it is me, and I needed to show all my research skills. I visited almost every laser center in NYC because I wanted to compare to trust a place that I would not regret. This is the 4th place so far and I LOVED IT. I am a male, wanted my beard to be gone. I have been trying to get rid of it last 2 years and my chin would not give up. Whatever I did and wherever I went, no one could get rid of my shadow until I found out about this place. They have all the laser machines. I didn’t have to ask if they have what I needed. They assessed me and made a treatment plan. (No other place did an assessment). They had the suitable machine and the correct settings for my thick beard. By the second session, they were all gone. I jumped up and down. They made me save my money and my time. I can’t believe there is such a place that specializes only in hair treatments. I am super satisfied. Photos are before the first treatment and 3 weeks after first treatment

I had very bad bumps on the back of my head because of ingrown hairs. I was very unsure on how this issue would have been treated. I went to Romeo & Juliet and they suggested laser hair removal on my head. They treated my particular issue with care and special attention. The staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with the procedure. After several sessions, I started to see improvement with my case. After months of ongoing treatment, my bump issue was finally cured. The laser hair removal worked perfect and my confidence has been restored. I highly recommend this place because of the knowledgeable staff and their kind demeanor.

My experience with Romeo and Juliette was phenomenal! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I had my bikini area done and had amazing results. Will come back for more areas. I highly recommend this place.

I am so grateful that I finally found a laser place where I received results that LAST! I spent years and years trying a number of different laser places that were less expensive or offering promos/discounts and while R&J is pricey, I can only imagine how many more thousands I’ve wasted after years of treatments that haven’t lasted. I was so scared of the price point however they promised me I would be so pleased with the results, and I really was. There is a reason R&J prices are this way and I can assure you it’s because it really works and is worth it. Beyond that, the place is so lovely inside and super clean - which made me very comfortable especially during covid times. The staff are all so wonderful and really listen to your concerns and make sure to treat them accordingly. Especially Lili who always takes such great care of me, I look forward to seeing her every time! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Well, technically I didn’t use this service but my wife did and she couldn’t be more happy. She has tried numerous spots for a particular hair treatment and she has had no luck finding a place that could help her. She found Romeo and Juliette on the internet and is beyond happy they had what it took to take care of her. I’m not familiar with the details of exactly what she did but I am absolutely aware of happy happy she is. Thank you everyone at Romeo and Juliette for taking care of her. She (and myself) are super appreciative.

Since the Pandemic, they have taken great care and precaution to ensure a safe and clean environment for the safty and welfare of their clients and themselves. The level of thoughtfulness continues to be appreciated. I also appreciate how knowledgeable all team members are about the services and the fact that realistic expectations based on age, genetics and health are considered when discussing treatment plans. In essence they do not over promise and under deliver. Everything is transparent. I wholeheartedly recommend Romeo and Juliet in general, but in particular, I have been fortunate to work with Lily, who is not only a consummate professional, but a genuinely wonderful human being. Those qualities are rare within this business sector in general, but in particular, there is consistency among the entire staff.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Romeo and Juliet laser center!! My experience started with an inquiry after having a horror story at a different popular NYC salon that offers laser treatments. The first conversation was very impressive because instead of rushing me in to get a service Christian asked for photos of what the damage was and then recommended I start using topical treatments to heal the situation before I begin the process at R&J. At my initial visit I actually did not get lasered because the wonderful manager felt like my skin needed more time to heal before starting my sessions at R&J and I paid nothing for that visit! I'm about four sessions in now and everything has been amazing Ullia ( I hope I spelled that correctly) has been nothing but a gem from the very first day I met her. The staff there really are invested in seeing results not just taking money and every visit I feel more confident about the final results of my under arms afterward. They come highly recommended (especially if you have darker skin) and every recommendation is correct they are the best in NYC! This is coming from someone who's tried a popular Instagram famous salon with terrible results and the team at R&J have been able to almost completely correct the other salons mistake. I'm four sessions in and the hair regrowth for my underarms barely poke through the surface, when they do the hair is very very thin. Forever grateful and highly recommend R&J for your laser needs!
